Demon Slayer is really good.

Demon Slayer (kimetsu no yaiba) is a new one that just finished its first arc, and it's amazing.

Hunter X Hunter is a classic/must see anime.

Overlord if you don't mind an overpowered main character.

Hellsing Ultimate if you're into vampires/political action with a crazy OP MC.

Attack on Titan is liked by many and overall pretty good, maybe a bit overrated, but the music is top notch.

The Irregular at Magic High School is a good one if you're into that magic and fantasy category.

Gurren Lagann is also a good one for its action.
