Any refund service for an item purchased a year ago on Amazon ?

I'm looking for a refund service (if ever exists one) that is able to refund an item purchased a year ago from Amazon ES that was shipped to another country (always inside Europe).

Only trustworthy services.

Because its been a year...  
Return policy: "Amazon.com and most sellers on Amazon.com offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment."
Holiday return policy: "For the 2021 holiday season, most of the items purchased between October 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 31, 2022."

The fact is that you can still send the item back for warranty issues for 2 years in europe. 
This is why i'm thinking that is weird nobody was able to exploit it

you never said europe, but I dont think so

"Products sold by Amazon EU can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the products to Amazon EU if none of the exceptions apply, and if the products are complete and are in the same condition as upon receiving." Is all I'm able to find sir, I think its not possible :(

it used to be possible but as far as i know its hard to do it nowadays, which country ?
