Anyone using the site on Firefox?

When I scroll to the bottom of the homepage and hover over some of the footer links, its sluggish as fuck. Like its doing a lot of background work.

Reproduction: simply open the homepage in firefox; you dont need to login. The issue is not obvious in Chrome but it's probably there also.
