Hello everyone! I am currently in the process of getting a refund from Apple, and I’ve encountered an unprecedented situation. Previously, I had utilized this method and received my refund within a day.
This is what I said "I received my order, which was supposed to contain AirPods. However, the AirPods box only contained a cable and rubber, no AirPods." As per standard procedure, I was asked to send photos and lodge a police complaint.
The issue arose when they closed the case, stating that the carrier had delivered it. I clarified that I never denied receiving the package. In fact, I affirmed that everything arrived in perfect condition, and I was the one who removed the security seal from the AirPods box. I even sent them photos as proof.
Despite my daily calls, they persistently state that the case is closed because the carrier delivered the package. I continually reiterate that while I did receive the order, the AirPods were not inside their box. Yet, they keep repeating that the carrier delivered it.
Has anyone else experienced a similar situation and can offer some advice? Should I persist with my daily calls or should I give up? I have already lodged a police complaint. Even the police expressed that Apple’s excuse was absurd and suggested that I could potentially request compensation at the end of this process.
