Applying for a position as Customer support.
Note : Salary and position I'm looking for are flexible
 
Experience :
 
- 1 year of doing support for reputable shops. 7+ Shops. all a few months each, currently part of 2 big shops ).
- Been part of Support Squad ( a reputable support team that worked for numerous shops ) For the last year or so.
-  At peaks of a certain shop last year, I was doing 2k tickets on a daily basis.
- Worked as Quality of assurance specialist & Lead of support team on Support squad and held meetings every 3 days.
- Worked on interfaces such as Crisp, Discord, Atshop, Sellpass, and many other custom shop interfaces.

- Good Communication skills.
- Determination.
 
No need to mention that i have high level opsec.
