Are VPN's allowed?

I was looking through the rules and couldn't find anything about if VPN's are allowed to be used while browsing the forum. Not sure how it would work, since multi-accounting is against the rules and multiple people using the same VPN could falsely portray one of them to be a multi-accounter, when they're actually not -- they're just using the same VPN servers. If they are allowed then let me know.

Usual misconception amongst bans with "multi-accounting".

If you worry more about your OPSEC than your account go for it, I strongly suggest it.
