Updated my Avatar about 4 days ago I believe and it still hasn't changed,

This is because of the Image Cache.
Just look in to your Browsers Settings, and then search for where you can clear the Cache.
After that everything should be updated.

Tried that already but didn't work, tried on a different browser and that seemed to have fixed it, so it should be good now

It could be cache server, some edits were done in last few days regarding caching.
