Award for people that read the rules

Hey ,

I think it would be a cool feature for people to get an award who read the rules.

But because it is difficult to check if someone has really read the rules,
I suggest that after reading you have to do a little quiz (you only get 1 chance) and the order of the questions is random.

Theyre still many users also some HQ users who dont know some basic rules, because they have never read through them. 

Getting an award to do so would motivate people to do it.

Its also not very hard to code (@J_S  )

Maybe it should be the first thing a new user that signs up has to do and if they pass the first time they get the reward, and can't do many things until they have passed. For users that already signed up there could be a notification to do it as well but if they fail it they don't get the award and are reminded to read the rules again but not forced to redo it.

Warning and Ban always do work!

I tested it myself!

No need of award , everyone should read rules on their own. if they don't , they will read once they will get warning or ban on breaking of forum rules.
