Banned before i can make any screenshots: 

Bought AxentaClr and have not receive my product for almost 3 days.

When i got in the discord one of their staff(sindlar) banned me because one of them accuse me of scamming which i did not.
He say that he bought cheats on my shop and received the product BUT he say that my staff instructed him to activate it. 
But unfortunately cheat was down when he activated it and then he starts to say/accuse i'm a scammer which i don't know what's going on at that moment. 
  • Firstly at that point of time i was on conscription(I can show my ID), Monday to Friday i won't be able to do supports as much, basically my staff will take over.
  • Secondly i have 200++ support tickets daily | Imagine how many scammers were trying their luck? Look: http://prntscr.com/p2d8qp  
  • thirdly... i already demote and then banned the staff after few more mistakes he did. if it were to be me that guide him through the ticket, i won't be telling him to activate it.



And this case was like 4-5 months ago. 

And i even made an alt account to explain at them i was not at fault but it was One Sided.. 

And Cups never reply(http://prntscr.com/p2dnw2http://prntscr.com/p2dgl9).. it's either he's busy or just ignoring me for almost 3 days. idk

@Cups you have 24 hrs to deliver the product.
even when i bought your product, i had issues with your discord channel staff, you must consider double checking on it, even if they accuse OP of being scammer, they still have to deliver the product he bought.

Hem, really sorry about that, I fucking told sindlar to not ban customers, this is totally a messup from our side. I'm going to unban you and i'll give you Axenta + AxentaCLR to apologize for this event. (By the way DMing me is almost always useless, I get 300dms a second so I don't even bother checking them anymore)

So yeah i'll dm you the infos directly in DM.
Whoever trades his freedom for his safety deserves neither.
