i have create my account with a vpn, and unfortunetly, i think i'm not the only one who isn't a leecher and has registered with a vpn. There's already a protection against VPN (for exemple, i couldn't register with NordVPN, all their servers was blocked, there's a rate limit per ip adress) So this will also impact non-leecher people.

They can just use a VPN if that's the case. And disallowing VPNs is not a good idea, as some people will be left unable to access cracked.to due to regional restrictions. Disallowing proxies and VPNs also would raise some privacy concerns.
