Ban members leeching content from CTO to Nulled/Patched and others

Okay, but it will require community reports. We will introduce a new rule to disallow other members to repost cracked content on other forums. However, the original content owner may continue to post it on other forums.

i have a question teacher
suppose a user with name A posted a content in cio
Now a user B from cracked re-posted the content in nulled/patched
But user B has different name on cracked and patched
Or the user who re-posted content of A in nulled/patched is not even registered on cio

So how will you identify the culprit

We've got some good investigators out here
They can look for Discord/Telegram/Crypto addresses that match cio members and be linked to their cio account as a result

Supposed to be this is applied how can we identify if the content is really made handmade by users and not copied only to other users too like mostly this happens people just change the file names , edit the post contents to look like they made it.
I think this is also the point @KSZ was pointing awhile ago.
