Ban without explanation

Hello,

My main account is serse92 , I don't enter for months to cracked.to but I remember i bought VIP last time I was here, I'm only interested in the marketplace and never leech any shit or write "thank you" cause i never had that problem being VIP..
When I tried to login some day ago I noticed that i was banned, without reason and without explanation..

Can you help me with this issue?
