I go back in forth between Chrome and Firefox. Read a lot of good things about Vivaldi so you could give that a go as well.

Fastest browser is probably chrome, but it's really RAM hungry

I've recently switched from Chrome to Brave, it's a new browser and seems very promising.

I have a spare windows laptop that I have been tinkering with, however I noticed that a lot browsers run pretty heavy on Windows.
Firefox was decent, but I want a browser that can run on a low spec device, with minimal device sluggish-ness.

My device's specs are as follow:

~ CPU (Dual - Core Intel i3)
~ RAM (4 Gigabytes)
~ GPU ( I Don't Know ???)

I don't need add-ons, but they're definity wanted. (I Write My Own)

When I had a build like this I usually used CyberFox. It was essentially Firefox with more security features.
