Best Hosting Service for Cracking tools?

Sorry if this sin't in the right section, I coul;dn't find anything relevant to this topic

I got a dedicated server from AwesomeRDP for like $175 a fucking month and 2 days later I JUST got the login details and wouldn't you know, the server ISN'T EVEN ONLINE

I am so fed up with the bull shit process of trying to find a host that doesn't charge over $500 a month for 32gb of RAM and more than 4 cores on a half fucking decent cpu, accepts bitcoin, and has a REAL GBIT UPLINK AND NOT AN ADVERTISED 1Gbps AND REALLY 10Mbps!

Anyone have a recommended host? It seems like every other few months I am switching hosts only for the same exact bull shit
