Title. I read BjornIronSide's thread on how to not get limited by using a dedicated IP address because no one else can use that and it won't be flagged as suspicious by PayPal He recommends IPburger as the VPN, but prices seem kind of high, I can afford it obviously but I'm just super cheap. what other options are there?
