He's pretty bad at responding, not gonna chance ticket just getting deleted. It's basically been three days since he's responded. I want a full refund at this point, the account is quite literally unusable and I purchased it because of the reliable bank linked. He said he was unable to provide that bank and I told him i'd take a different one so I could have another account working. I want what I paid for, he can have the account back in full... password wasn't changed only phone # for verification.
