Hi all. I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to reach out and ask for your advice regarding an issue I've been having with our new email marketing platform. We recently started using this platform in the office to send out newsletters and other promotional materials to our subscribers. However, I've been having trouble receiving notifications when we get new subscribers or when people unsubscribe from our list. It's been causing some confusion and missed opportunities, and I'm not sure what to do about it. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Will your service help me? Thank you in advance.
