I've negged him because I think he's suspicious and will scam he has one thread and it's about opening a refund service a highly scammed service he's contributed nothing to the forum and when pressed he just spoke bullshit fuck him and his mothers cow

You said in shout box your starting a refund service today or tomorrow after being gifted premium today. you also as you've just mentioned yes have stated in your one thread about looking for a designer it's to commission work for your upcoming refund service. Then when I asked you about it couldn't answer anything
I don't know if you're fucking retarded or whatever the major malfunction is but I'm within my rights to minus rep someone I think is suss and plans to scam especially after they've negged me.
