did u checked spam folder ? sometime emails ends up there too KSZ and what email service u using ? i just reset my password today email working fine....

i am using gmail

I would suggest checking if your browser blocked some elements from Cracked?
Sometimes it happened to me when I am not realizing that my browser blocked some scripts from the site I trust (depends on the browser security level).
