did u checked spam folder ? sometime emails ends up there too

I would suggest checking if your browser blocked some elements from Cracked?
Sometimes it happened to me when I am not realizing that my browser blocked some scripts from the site I trust (depends on the browser security level).  Computers follow your orders, not your intentions
