Bug about "Bump Thread" button

I have problem with "Bump Thread" button,im waiting for exact time to bump my thread and when that time comes,I need to refresh page 1 billion times so I can finally click "Bump Thread" button.Its really annoying,if somebody can fix this,i would really appreciate.I cleared the cache already like Barry said but it didn't fixed it.So if somebody could fix this or if somebody could tell me what to do,I will really appreciate it,thanks.
