Buying UberEats Promo Code Method

Now before I start, I know the promo codes are basically useless as a lot of restaurants on UberEats aren't using them at the moment.

I'm mostly just looking for a working virtual bank with VCC that will work with UberEats. Revolut no longer works, Wise no longer works, Paywithmoon no longer works. I need something that works. Someone told me that there is a seller around, not sure if on here, but there is someone selling accounts to a VCC provider that does work with UberEats and it's about $80 for the account and then you'd be good to go. 

If anyone has any information, please let me know or if I have to buy the information off of you, then I will do that as well. Obviously I'd use a MM if buying the information to see if it's really working or not and it is what I'm looking for, but yes. Please let me know.

Nah Wise doesn't work anymore homie. Says to use a different payment method, same with Google Pay.
