The idea doesn't make sense, because ranks are like a game, you can either grind for a rank and achieve certain perks or you can take the shortcut and buy a rank with your own money and get those same perks.
Same thing goes in cracked.io, You can achieve Contributor by grinding or you can buy Premium, you can achieve godlike or you can buy supreme.
The only thing that I think you got right is Heaven rank, I definitely think Heaven rank should receive a boost in reputation power, maybe +7, +8 is for staff so it can't be for Heaven so +7 is the sweet spot.
