Sadly I wanna give up on those forum posts and other shit. Plus I am pretty inpatient so emailing Dell wouldnt be good. I think I might just take to one of those tech stores to fix my pc for me. Also i dont know what an HDD is but ill take a look into it.

If it's an old computer, why not just do a refund service and get a new laptop or desktop?
