For me CS:GO no question. I used to play it heaps years ago and I enjoy watching CS:GO e-sport matches from time to time

For me its league there is just a variety of champs and even though sometimes it gets stuck to one meta it will get changed as patches come in

I watch LoL on Twitch over anything else...it depends on the players/commentators though....some of them can make any game sound/seem dull >.<

Right now i would say that fortnite is the most enjoyable game as well as being very competitive. CSGO is just and quite boring over time.
