Enable Multi-core processing/Multicore rendering
To specify the startup parameters -disable_d3d9ex

How to solve the problem with auto-scope? 
Remove autoscope have all other types of preset weapons, and leave only on group " default."

I tried but while ingame you get crash if you fire you weapon :c
