Can it cost somebody the job if I refund something ?

Hey wanted to ask, if it is possible when I refund something e.g. something from amazon (not only one time) if the delivery man or someone else could get fired for that. 
Would be nice if somebody knows the answer or I am also interested in you guesses.

its not the delivery driver's fault that your "package was stolen" that is out of his control so why would he get introuble, and why are you being so nice
