Hi, I have the clean version of gzRuler. It is made by the dev of MINI RULER. Apparently, the "MINI RULER G UUH GPLAY" tool is actually gzRuler but infected. I am a 8 ball pool player too, and I use it.

yes, use bitdefender with it and add the folder where this is extraxted to an exclusion, bitdefender with terminate all the infected processes

I did not understand well, use avast anti-virus. How can I do this in avast?

This is a good tool, but maker of this tool inserted some kind of Trojan Spy code in the program. 
My kaspersky Total detects it as Trojan-Spy.Win32.Bobik.erm
Is there any possible way to remove this trojan code and clean the program so we can use it without any doubt.
I tried to upload it on Anonfiles but it gives server code 0 error.

No, nobody came forward. Tool is good alternative to miniruler but nobody is interested in cleaning it.
