Can you suggest me a strategy game with good customization features?

So, I really like Strategy games, but a lot of them do not have a customization mechanic, which is something I appreciate and in my perspective, give a greater immersion to the gameplay, a good example of games like this are Xcom 2, Age of Wonders III and Phantom Doctrine,  could you guys give me some suggestions of games like this?

Well, I can reccomend Wargame:Red Dragon, you can build your uniqe army deck to play with agains other players or AI, check it out.

If you somehow missed it, Mount and Blade is pretty damn crazy and fun.  It's partially strategy, partially skill  and character building based, and has so much customization.

Not sure what you mean by customization features, but games by paradox interactive are very detailed. like stellaris, Europa Universalis, Crusader Kings.
