minimum number of posts/topics or account time to make a vouch.
I see many selling topics where there are many fake vouchers, which are fake accounts created by the owner and saying that he bought the method.
I think there should be a minimum account time or even posts / topics to make a voucher.

this deceives many people!

I've made some changes to the code, if you have less then 15 posts and you are only a white user (no upgrades or any additional groups) you can't leave vouches.

i belive 15 any ppl can in 1 hour

maybe i like 50+
 if the person is interested in buying, they can buy directly! No need to leave vouches fakes

Non-upgraded users can't make more than 10 posts a day.
