For the longest time, I've been buying crypto using exchangers on forums since I was under 18 and couldn't do KYC. So my question is: which site offers the cheapest crypto? with the lowest rates, fees, or whatever.
Another question, if anyone cares to answer, is: how do exchangers run their services? Do they buy crypto and send it to the customer after they pay, or stock up on crypto and trade it once people buy? I am genuinely curious.

Thanks for the recommendation, but my question was which site was the cheapest, not the exchanger. Also, bears constantly ignore my messages, and last time we came to an agreed amount I was going to exchange, I asked for the wise so I could send him the money, but they never responded. not sure if they're busy or what's up with him, but yeah.

I never used an online exchanger on cto , you can make account on ur father name on binance then buy crypto on ur father name and send it to your wallet or you can use ur father account for everything

So, in conclusion, does Binance offer the cheapest crypto out of all? Why would I need to use my father's name? I stated that I used to be underage, but I no longer am, so I am looking for the cheapest site.
