Cheating in video games, is it anything to feel bad about?

I assume there are plenty of cheaters on this forum, like myself. And probably a few "clean" gamers too. 

For the cheaters, do you ever find yourself in a moral dilemma about your "gaming behavior"? 
And for the legit players, why do you get so triggered with cheaters that you make death threats towards them? Video games aren't the Olympics, have you ever considered maybe you're taking games way too seriously?

Personally, sometimes I do feel like a dick, but I quickly get over it once I try playing legit and it takes away any enjoyment from the game.

i just cheat, feel great cause others lose their time, i put auto bot, so i don't even play, i make others feel shit, meanwhile i do something else.

cheaters will always be cheaters, it takes enjoyment out of the game yes, but just move on, lotsa things to be worried more irl

Usually I would cheat if a certain process takes too long to do or a process is unobtainable without pay. Cheaters will be cheaters after all.

I rather win fair. On the other hand, it's great to make tryharders cry. If it's a fun game, sure, no cheats needed. If there is some kid screaming in his mic then I just love to piss him off.
