Sorry in advance for how long this is, but I wanna make my point clear.

Clean up the forum method:
So, I suggest for admins and mods to clean the forum up from any corrupted files. I also want to suggest a way to keep it clean is by adding a report column on the post. That way people can report the post if the file is corrupted and have the post removed, this should not impact the posters warning level either. This will help for leechers, so like how CiscoRamon explained in one of the forums, 'Usergroup for leechers'. He explains how there should be a ratio to maintain for that and I agree with that.
I have been warned for leeching as well, but half of the posts I commented on either had a "Corrupted File" or it didn't work on my computer as I tried to run it and I also see none of those posts removed. This is having the forum with outdated forums and files and not keeping the forum clean. I do have to admit though, some leechers are actually leechers and just leech off of every forum they get on but, some people (like me) are innocent because we try to find what actually works. But, most people don't understand that some leechers want to find out if it can be used. So, when thought about it, it makes sense because people always have difficult times that they can't get anything.
If this is passed on through, I hope every genuine member is vigilant and report posts/thread they find is useless, that way we also do help the community. I would also like to talk about more admins/mods from different time zones. We need more of them that way if this is passed, they can keep clean during night and day. It's not good to have admins/mods from the same timezone because someone needs to manage SB (shoutbox). There have been many spammers in the shoutbox and I've seen some people actually complain about it.
The SB should be spam free from anyone. I also suggest adding the report system C.to provides in the SB that way if spammers come in, other people can then report the spammers. CiscoRamon suggests for a system to be added for the SB in 'Shoutbox ban' for spammers to be banned within the hour. I do think this can work, but also may cause problems in the future. In conclusion though, I believe there should be many changes to reports and I hope they are changed in advance.
