Cleaning Up Marketplace

There are many threads in Marketplace Section either by Banned Members or Members whose Upgrade is expired and are not Contributor.
For those there should be a script or method to auto check and Soft Delete those threads, can be done weekly. Or any smod can check and delete those threads.

For the restoration they can contact any staff though after buying upgrade or reaching contributor.
Or if they add any smod for that section, he can restore it too.
