BingOX is a bing parser, easiely to setup, easiely to use.

You can blacklist urls.
You can use proxyless mode by not loading any proxy.
Proxies are only http/s for moment.
Proxy path should be 'proxies.txt'.
Dorks path should be 'dorks.txt'.
