This customer paid for the exchange over 24 hours after creating the order. As stated on our website, orders arriving after expiration have to be recovered manually by our team due to our privacy policies of deleting order and user data after 24 hours.

Our technical team will be pushing the exchange through within 24 hours. The customer received further information via the email provided on the site.

If you think I sent the money too late you are an idiot who knows nothing about crypto, 30 seconds is the time it took me to check when the transaction was done and it was done 1 mins after the order was created on the site, you are just ashamed to admit publicly that your site offers a shitty service and I understand you, I received my refund this scam report  can be closed and I want to advise everyone to never to use this shitty exchange site that takes days to exchange small amounts of money
