Who every have/had PS and have contact customer support does anyone got their problem solve? i saw alot of negative reviews and happend to me aswell. i buy watch dogs 2 for 19.99$ it was 75% off but i got charged for its orignal price 79.99$. i noticed it on my bank statement after 3 days when i contact them they said they can't do anything about it bcz i have played game 3-4 times and its against polices to refund but i was asking for the amount they charge me extra but they keep making different excuses by telling lie even the start blaming me that its my mistake. when i try to contact them 2nd time they disconnect my chat by saying i have contact them so many times this week. m unable to call them bcz of covid their calling service is off only chat is available. they are soo rude and irritating. keep ignoring my messages. i really wanna take legal action against them but i don't know how to do it what should i do? i have saved all their conversations as well.

Yea my psn account got banned and i had tons of games on there and spent a lot and i got the blame for hacking in a game when it wasnt even me lmao

previously someone won case against ps he was also having similar problem as yours and last week sony got fined 2.4$ million for not refunding.

i heard their support is not good. not sure what their policy is, but a different rep might be willing to do a partial refund. sorry this happened to you
