I take 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily, I hate to be that Rogan guy but Dr. Ronda Patrick was very convincing on the numerous benefits and the importance of it regardless of COVID. If I wasn't such a stoner, I'd remember what it was exactly she said heh

Getting vitamin D has been a burning need during those last months. It's hard to believe that the world has been living alongside this awful infection for a year already. And yes, people need to become acclimated to the current conditions. A good option to achieve the same result is to replace naturally occurring vitamins and minerals with different supplements. A good friend of mine suggested me to visit https://www.nhc.com/brand/andalou-naturals and to look for a substitute for vitamin D. There is a really rich choice. And the prices are pretty affordable. Have you ever heard about this resource?

Vitamin D is also great for increasing testosterone, and has massive mood benefits as well.

Vitamin D is normally produced by being exposed to the sun. With quarantine Vitamin D deficits are very widespread and it's unclear whether Vitamin D and strong immune system are causality or correlation. People who spend time outside tend to be healthier / fitter, therefore stronger immune system....
That being said, just get that Multivitamin supplement, people say it's a waste of money but honestly you can get like 200 pills for 20 bucks which will last 200 days, so...

The role of any vitamins is overestimated. Only avitomizor or hypovitminosis is dangerous. And within the normal range they cannot be changed.

Vitamin D in a pill has no or very little impact, you can say it is a scam.
Go outside, the sun gives it away for free and your body absorbs it better this way
