I just want to remind you that a virus scan does not necessarily indicate whether a file is malicious or not. Virustotal indicates a lot of false positives regarding patches/cracks/keygen... because these mostly come from modifying protected files located in "C:\Program Files" or even registry keys so that you can enjoy free paid versions of your favorite software.
In order to keep your computer healthy and virus free, I advise you to run the cracked software on an RDP, VPS, virtual machine or sandbox.
