The ufile.io link(GAMEMAKER_ULTIMATE_2022.0.0.19_INSTALLER.rar - ufile.io) is working, but it needs premium account to access. I used a leech site(YouDebrid) to get this file.
P.S. Download links generated by YouDebrid are unable to be downloaded by tools like IDM. You should download it directly with your browser.
