PixInsight 1.8 by E3DDY 
I decided to upload this here as a few people on-site were looking for something like this and if you search on the web there are now a lot of fakes that appear

PixInsight is an advanced image-processing software platform. It has been designed specifically for astrophotography and other technical imaging fields. PixInsight is a modular, open-architecture system where the entire processing and file handling capabilities are implemented as external installable modules.

Instructions
Once you install the .rar, first install the PI-windows .exe and follow its instructions. After it's installed, don't launch the application, close the .exe and run PixInsight 1.8.exe which will crack it. Once that's complete you can open up PixInsight and do whatever you needed to do. I currently use this for astrophotography and it works perfectly!
