Create own Proxy Website with million of Residential IPs , how? Creating IPs

Dear Cracked Community,

recently i saw a lot of websites have created there own Residential IPs with Million of IP's.

- I'm not a fully nerd and have researched a lot and came across even when you rent IP's it costs a lot and is not profitable.
- Infecting devices takes so much time and is not worth it in my opinion (maybe you will have arround 1-2k IP's but that's it.).
- Reselling IP's .. well ..okay.. that works but i don't think everyone is reselling IP's, it has to be something else that im missing.

Can anyone hint me into the right direction?

I mean i know i can get 1 GB of Residential IP's for arround 1$ but ... something im missing.

Yes that could be, but every single website i have tested so far is always different, i mean from the result.

Also which big suppliers? Because everyone is offering such a big IP Pool i doubt that everyone is using a different one there must be a cheap big one.

There was already a survey on this subject, I saw an article on it, most of the time they manage to have so many ips because of adwars installed with official software here is an example
