Additional Information: I've Axenta & CLR, but last time I tried to get a HWID Reset it took me over a week, so I thought I would just buy Axenta + CLR again. Transaction confirmed but since these guys don't have 0
confirms on Shoppy, it took more than 1 hour and I never got anything. I contacted support with no response, yesterday they closed my ticket for "insufficient" evidence for a HWID reset.
This is isn't the first complain of garbage customer support I'm sure. Please provide me with my items, nothing more, nothing less.
EDIT: I got warned for pinging a staff to do my ticket. Quality support!
EDIT#2: This guys name is literally ping = ban and he's a staff, he's even more toxic than his name.

They just ignore your problem, like robots, they will follow whatever procedure they are told to do, they will not help. I regret buying this program with such shit customer support.
