Additional Information: I don't know where to start, paid Bumaga to do an FTIDv3 for me then it failed so I asked if I can give him another label to redrop instead of the first one and I gave him the label. Fast forward 11 days later the redrop has still not dropped and I have been asking him for a refund but he is not willing to. Bumaga refund me $51 please.
