They have banned that specific order number from refunding because they have received empty envelope. I been texting mario since 12th june regarding this, there were no replies. To protect the customer i advised him to legit return it in store for refund.

Order number contained 12 items to which they issued 12 labels. Mario dropped the label and out of 12 labels homedept received 3 empty envelope, due to this they have banned that specific order number from refunding. The only option left to receive a refund on that order number is to legit return it and i have advised my customer to do that.
Mario says he will redrop but now redrop wont do anything, i've been texting him since 12th june and there was no update till today 21st june after opening a report. He had 9 days to redrop or atleast update me. It's too late now for redrop or even do anything.
For nike label it was ftid, since 3rd june it is stuck saying "on the way" on tracking. No redrops or anything. Customer is almost about to legit return nike order, again redrops wont do anything.

- I said before I texted you on 12th june, i kept on bumping you on your monthly gc but there were no replies from your end. After opening a scam report (after 9 days of no replies) i started getting resolution.

I wouldnt have started a scam report if you replied on time and gave resolution the way you're giving after starting a scam report.
