Additional Information: So I used his service to FTIDV3 two labels of mine, and the two of them got stuck and are not moving. It's been almost 18 days since I sent him the first label not even mentioning how long it took him to drop it but only for it get stuck! The same thing happened to the second label. Mario is zero responsive to my messages as you can see in the conversation and at this point, I just need a refund.
