Additional Information: Bought from RockAuto.com for several years with my account and have absolutely no problem at all with ordering from them. After buying the GC codes from Vipcoos and putting them into the order they showed as valid. After checking out and paying, however, the order was processing for several days (My orders go through the same day usually). I made the order on Friday last week and reached out to them yesterday afternoon. I received an email this morning from them stating the GCs are invalid and the order will not go through. I am now redoing the order without any GC and when telling Vipcoos about this he states that the GCs are valid and he is not responsible for the issues and will not provide a refund. 
TLDR: Bought GCs from Vipcoos. Checked out with GCs and order is not going through with RockAuto stating the GCs are no good. Asked for refund and he refused.

My GC confirmation in the conversation between us FYI is me putting in the giftcards after I selected the item and it showed the GC code + Balance. I didn't check out until Friday last week. He also said now that orders over $100 are too big and will fail and its my fault (Not stated to me in any way when I was buying these GCs). You can see I showed him that I was trying to use them all (well over $100) on 14 Oct at around 12:01pm in the conversation log

Not sure how to respond to that... 

That sounds like you would sell someone a bricked iPhone that is turned off saying when the Apple logo shown on boot up that its confirmed to be working... When they find it is bricked you offer half the money back when I still end up with something that is 100% unable to be used...

Not a single dollar was able to go through on the order. RockAuto confirmed the giftcards are invalid (Screenshot attached) and none of this about it being under $100 was a problem. I used GCs for many places (well over $100 on the first order) and never had an issue unless the seller notified me to follow certain instructions.... 

No hard feelings but its just that I bought a product, the product failed to be processed (ship the item to me), get told its my fault, not get a full refund?

They said the GCs are invalid and did not refund the GCs ... The only thing they did is cancel the charge on my card. The GCs don't show as having a balance now but they were never allowed to make a successful purchase... If you don't believe me or my emails with RockAuto then email them yourself with the GCs you sold and ask if they were successfully able to purchase something because they weren't...

@jim2244 Can you provide the evidence of where they said these GCs are invalid. Do so within 24 hours.
