@Liars, Check first page of the report sir, I've been trying to refund him from the start but I made it clear that it was not possible due to my account being stealth and sent the screenshot on the thread  https://i.imgur.com/gFQ9Irr.jpeg
He can drop the complaint himself without any additional cost so my account get unlocked and issue refund myself but he won't do that and asks me to send $120 from another wallet (https://i.imgur.com/mLz4cRC.png). He put the complaint in just 2 hours out of 24 hours you gave me previously, I believe he can at least drop it himself since he was the one initiated it.

He also thought he can get the money by putting a complaint on binance since it was an internal transaction like he said https://i.imgur.com/VbbBydK.png and found out that he can't

Here's my latest attempt of refunding him like what this guy said previously that I just have to approve the refund: https://i.imgur.com/wuzIpOJ.jpeg, not possible for my side.

I've made everything clear to him already that's why I have nothing more to say to this guy but to drop the complaint so i can refund him myself.

He has already shown proof that Binance said you cannot charge back do what i said within 12 hours.

It was a scam report feature, resulting in funds getting frozen like I stated back in first page. He pulled it so fast before I could even refund him.

Now he won't pull the complaint by himself by providing the id which is possible on his side, unless I'll give him $120 from other wallet https://i.imgur.com/mLz4cRC.png

At least make him drop the report on Binance first so I'm ensured I have my funds intact, the $120 is inaccessible despite not being possible to chargeback unless he will drop the complaint, he won't do that so it remains frozen therefore I don't have the ability to refund him.


@Liars, If you want me to refund him I have to get a guarantee that I will get my funds on binance unfrozen after the refund, either he drop the report first or have a word from you that he will after the refund.
Cause I can't just trust this guy anymore after all the accusations + I don't see any reason why he wouldn't drop the report if he wanted to have a refund

your claims of chargeback are 100% false, binance will never move money from account to account without your permission or an official order from the authorities from a country where they have a license to run busines ! and to comfort you in my country the crypto is illegal ! so the only option to get my refund that way is not available .. dude just contact binance to allow refund or deliver .. or you can send funds from a different wallet ... you choose

Nah, it's not about the money, it's about getting scammed by someone like this. Also it doesn't seem plausible that you would rather fuck with me for a week than drop the report and get the refund instantly and pull a report on binance like that in just 2 hours out of 24 hours of time allotment to refund (https://i.imgur.com/0STgyxj.png) 

I have told you like 5 times already that it is not possible for me to refund you on binance since my account is stealth, you have to drop the report on Binance so I can have the ability to refund.


If you won't drop it then I can't refund you. I refuse to refund on my other wallet either since that funds is not tied to this transaction, unless Liars give me his guarantee that I will get the funds on binance unfrozen after this.
 

and to comfort you in my country the crypto is illegal ! so the only option to get my refund that way is not available ..

Edit: Now you tell me crypto is illegal in your country then I don't see any reason why you involved legal entities like binance in this, you said previously that you can do it BUT you won't unless you receive $120 from other wallet (https://i.imgur.com/mLz4cRC.png). Does it mean that you lied in this conversation? If I handed the $120 from other wallet in that day, I wouldn't have my account reinstated? (isn't this scamming?)

After he refused to wait in 24 hours (https://i.imgur.com/0STgyxj.png) and involved legal entities like binance. I now suffer from the consequences of:
1. My Binance wallet is burned with all of the money in it
2. My business getting disrupted for weeks
3. Losing another $120 having to refund from his actions  
Is this even fair after being fully compliant on the dispute thread? (see page 1), Think about it. If what he said was true then there's no way to get the funds on Binance anymore nor getting my account reinstated, it's basically dead.

i said crypto illegal in my country only if i bough crypto on using my bank or my local card ! but in my case i use my UK LTD COMPANY REGISTRED BANK to buy crypto .. so i have no legal problems .. but stil authorities in my country wont help on this case since crypto is banned ! and i contacted binance to report scam !

my whole point here for you to understand that my interest is in my money or the service i wish to buy .... i have no interest on your dirty money as you claim.

i am using my own binance account .. once i get my funds back i will officialy drop the complaint and provide anything binance asked me for ! including any identity document or a signature !

• As I've said before, once I receive my funds, I'll drop the complaint and cooperate fully with anything Binance requests.
  
• The freezing of your Binance account is solely your responsibility! I had to report you on Binance to safeguard my funds from potential fraud.
  
• If you can't regain access to your Binance account because it's a stealth account set up with a stolen ID, that's your fault. You have no right to keep my money in an account that you don't legally own. You chose to take this risk, and now you must face the consequences!
