I just asked price and % to do carding on iphone, we wasted nothing. In addition i asked 1st to do it with Liars (wich is a good MM) and after about 10 min to discuss i decided to delete conversation because this guys was very weird and anyoning. 
2nd
This person says he lost $25 but in no case shows any proof of this loss, knowing that we had only talked. So the reason for this expense is absolutely stupid because no deal had been made. Finally I owe absolutely nothing to this person put apart to have stolen a few minutes of his time.
