i am accusing DRlupo of being a person known as "Winga" who was selling hotmail proxies, but then decided to exit scam his customers.


First Proof that speedy is this "winga Individual"
https://imgur.com/ona2Noa - here is a backup account from winga saying "speedy" which is DR lupos, main account name, you may think this is fabricated but since it was sent on october the 12TH not recently, it cant really be planned in advanced.
Second proof - to which i am going to be quoting from your evidence, which shows a list of ip addresses you need auth'd which correlates with a few customers of wingas, who were scammed
https://imgur.com/a/7TR7VvJ here shows one of the ip adresses of wingas customers AKA YOU. The IP in question is "104.234.204.67" (THERE ARE LOTS MORE OF THESE PEOPLE)
Third proof - Here is a proxy provided by winga https://imgur.com/PAyhpr3 which just show happens to be the server I OWN proof can be sent to mods if needed, I request you send all the proxies i sent you, so we can match them, but somehow they arent in the chats and you were somehow using for a few days.

please note i wasnt scammed by this user but he shouldn't be allowed to carry on selling after abandoning his responsibilities as a seller and not providing their product or even a refund
